Porn on the web is very common but it's hard to find nice adult apps suitable for mobile devices. Apple completely bans porn on iphone and ipad and the only way to have adult games on iOS devices is to jailbrack them.
On the contrary, porn is not banned by Google on android system, but it's banned from the play store. This means that on the play store you'll find only soft porn apps, where for "soft" I mean "very chaste". By the way, if you get porn apps from other sources it's perfectly legal and safe to install them on your android systems.
Android apps are usually distributes in a file with .apk extension. Before to be able to install them you have to open "Settings" on your android system, then select "Application Settings" and enable "Unknown Sources".
After that, you have to "open" the .apk file using your device. You can mail the file to yourself and open it in the mail reader or you can simply download the .apk file directly from your android device.
To uninstall the app you have to do it via "Settings" --> "Application" --> "Manage Applications". Select the proper app and click on "Uninstall".
